Code of Conduct

We want every interaction with CCQ PVT Ltd to feel safe, respectful, and productive. This Code of Conduct explains the behavior expected across our learning experiences, events, partnerships, and online spaces.

Effective March 15, 2026Jurisdiction: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Our commitment

CCQ PVT Ltd is committed to creating a learning and collaboration environment that is respectful, inclusive, safe, and welcoming for all participants.

This Code of Conduct applies to all CCQ programs, events, workshops, hackathons, internships, online spaces, and interactions. It covers students, educators, school representatives, parents, partners, speakers, volunteers, vendors, and CCQ team members.

Our standards align with the values of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, which emphasizes equity, inclusion, holistic development, and respect for diversity in all learning environments.

Expected behavior

We expect everyone in our spaces to engage with curiosity, professionalism, and respect for others.

  • Communicate respectfully and constructively across all age groups, backgrounds, and experience levels
  • Support a safe environment for learners — from school students to adult professionals
  • Respect boundaries, privacy, and consent in both physical and online settings
  • Follow reasonable instructions from organizers, mentors, and moderators
  • Encourage peers, especially students, to take risks, ask questions, and learn from mistakes
  • Honor the diversity of languages, cultures, abilities, and learning styles present in our programs

NEP 2020 aligned values

CCQ programs are designed in accordance with NEP 2020 principles that guide our community standards:

  • Holistic development — we value cognitive, social, emotional, and ethical growth equally
  • Inclusive education — every participant deserves equal access to learning opportunities regardless of background
  • Experiential learning — hands-on collaboration requires mutual respect and active participation
  • Multidisciplinary thinking — we encourage openness to ideas across domains and perspectives
  • Student-centered approach — the wellbeing and growth of learners is our primary focus

Unacceptable behavior

We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, intimidation, discrimination, hate speech, sexualized behavior, threats, doxxing, or deliberate disruption of events or online spaces.

  • Abusive, insulting, or discriminatory language based on age, gender, race, religion, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • Unwanted physical contact, stalking, or repeated boundary violations
  • Sharing private information without permission — this includes photos, contact details, or personal data
  • Disruptive conduct that interferes with participation, safety, or the learning environment
  • Plagiarism, cheating, or misrepresentation of work in hackathons, competitions, or programs
  • Unauthorized recording or photography at CCQ events without organizer consent

Student safety and data protection

Because many of our programs involve students, CCQ maintains strict standards for student safety and data privacy:

  • Adults participating in CCQ programs must maintain appropriate professional boundaries at all times
  • Student personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act)
  • Photos or recordings of students at events require verifiable parental consent before publication
  • Any conduct that compromises student safety, wellbeing, or dignity will be treated with heightened seriousness
  • Misuse of student data (sharing, selling, or unauthorized use) is a violation of both this Code and Indian law

Reporting incidents

If you experience or witness conduct that violates this Code of Conduct, report it to our team as soon as possible at support@in2ccq.com.

  • Include relevant details: what happened, when, where, who was involved, and any witnesses
  • All reports are treated confidentially and reviewed by CCQ leadership
  • You may also report concerns in person to any CCQ team member during an event
  • False reports made in bad faith are themselves a violation of this Code

Enforcement actions

Upon receiving a report, CCQ will review the incident and take appropriate action based on severity and context. Possible actions include:

  • Verbal or written warning to the individual(s) involved
  • Temporary or permanent removal from an event, program, or community space
