Education Programs — NEP 2020 Aligned
CCQ PVT Ltd designs and delivers education programs aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 framework, including experiential learning, coding, AI literacy, IoT, vocational skill development, and multidisciplinary problem-solving.
Our programs are designed for schools, colleges, and student communities. Participation in any CCQ education program — including hackathons, bootcamps, workshops, and internship tracks — constitutes acceptance of these terms along with any additional program-specific guidelines.
- Programs are educational in nature and do not replace formal schooling or accredited curricula
- Learning outcomes are aligned with NEP 2020 competency frameworks where applicable
- Certificate of participation or completion is awarded based on program criteria
- We may photograph or record events for promotional purposes — consent is sought during registration
Product Delivery & Software Services
For software development, website design, AI workflows, automation, and other product delivery services, CCQ operates under the following terms:
- Initial project discussions and proposals are non-binding until a formal agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) is signed
- Scope, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms are defined in the project-specific SOW
- Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and access to required resources
- Intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed
- CCQ retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place
Payment Terms
Payment terms for software services and product delivery are specified in the relevant SOW or proposal. Unless otherwise stated:
- A 50% advance payment is required to commence project work
- The remaining balance is due upon project delivery or go-live, whichever is earlier
- Late payments may result in suspension of services or withholding of deliverables
- Refund policies are defined on a per-project basis in the SOW
Event participation and registrations
Event pages, registration forms, and workshop announcements may include additional schedules, eligibility requirements, venue rules, or participation instructions.
We may modify, postpone, or cancel events or sessions where operational, safety, or scheduling conditions require it.
Participants are expected to follow the CCQ Code of Conduct during all events, workshops, and online interactions.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website content, branding, text, graphics, logos, program materials, and original materials are owned by or licensed to CCQ PVT Ltd.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where the law permits limited fair use.
CCQ retains ownership of its proprietary teaching materials, program frameworks, and internal processes, even when delivered to clients or participants.
Data protection and privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
